Thank you Victorias Quilt Canada!
I received a beautiful quilt this week just when I needed it most. It truly lifted my spirits and will be a gift that keeps giving for years to come.

I just love, love, love my quilt! The colours are just perfect for my decor in both my bedroom and living room and I use it in both places. What a wonderful thing you’re doing, ladies, for all of us “cancer people”. I can feel the love and care you put into your quilts every time I cover myself with it.

I just received a beautiful quilt from your organization.
How wonderful to receive this gift. I will be starting treatments soon and I will wrap myself in its warmth. Thank you so much for your beautiful work and thoughtfulness.
To the Okotoks branch of Victoria’s Quilts, thank you so much for the beautiful quilt you sent me. It is a comforting reminder that I am not alone and that there is truly caring support during this time
My sister in law, and all of us, were astonished by the beauty and the quality of the quilt!!
A million thanks to your organisation and to the people who created such a work of art!
OMG! Yesterday Anneliese (Ottawa Branch) surprised me with a lovely handmade quilt. I had previously heard of your association. Only when your turn comes, do you realize its full significance. It’s such a wonderful caring gesture, like receiving a warm heartfelt hug when you most need it. MERCI to all quilters donating their time and skills.

Thank you so much to the women of the Ottawa chapter for my beautiful quilt! My partner requested it for me during my breast cancer treatment. It’s been an intense journey of surgery, chemotherapy and targeted treatment and having something so warm and cozy made by such kind and compassionate people makes it just a little bit better. My mother-in-law saw my quilt and requested one for my father-in-law who finished his prostate cancer treatment just as I started my chemotherapy. He loves his quilt as well. Thank you again for your kindness.

I received one of your beautiful quilts today. It is truly beautiful and I am honored to be a recipient of such a treasure.

Hello Victoria’s Quilts Team,
I just want to say thank you with all my heart for the quilt I received. I honestly don’t have the right words, but I am so grateful.
You can tell right away that a lot of care, time, and skill went into making it. The colors, the stitching, and the overall feel of the quilt are beautiful. It’s not just warm—it feels special.
This quilt came to me as a real blessing during a difficult time, and it means more to me than I can explain. Knowing that someone chose to make this by hand for a stranger really touched me. It made me feel cared for and not alone.
Please thank the person who made this quilt for me, and everyone involved in making it happen. I will treasure it and use it with a thankful heart.
Thank you for what you do. It truly matters.
Sincerely,
Dennis Atkinson.
1 2 3 … 6 Next »A few years back, I received the most beautiful quilt from Victoria’s Quilts which had been requested by my husband’s friend and his wife. I had not been familiar with your wonderful work in providing gorgeous hand made quilts for people dealing with cancer. Fast forward to a couple of years ago, and I requested a quilt for a former coworker who was as equally delighted with hers, as I was, with mine. This past week I reached out yet again for a relative who is currently undergoing chemotherapy several provinces away, in Calgary, Alberta. I was astonished when he contacted me yesterday to let me know he had received the “beautiful gift” already! Wow – less than one week and it was delivered to his door! My relative stated in his message to me – “It is more than material – it is LOVE”…
What an amazing organization you have. Your volunteers are to be commended for all the love they donate in their work and time! Thank you – thank you – thank you!
