The Fredericton Branch started as a “Friends Group” of the Moncton NB Branch in 2009. We officially became a Branch at the end of 2023. We have a core of 20 members making and delivering quilts, that are supported by many of the quilters in our area who donate fabric & quilt tops,  as well as finished quilts ready for delivery.
We deliver in the city of Fredericton as well as the many surrounding smaller  communities.

In 2024 we had a group from the Grand Falls area of New Brunswick join us as a “Friends Group”. This group of dedicated, hard working women, have been making quilts and delivering them in support of VQC since 2009. They deliver in Grand Falls as well as many rural areas in that part of our province. We strongly believe that the personal contact with a delivery, whenever possible, adds to the gift, rather than a delivery by mail. Teamwork!
